We have inaugurated, together with Áreas, a new restaurant space at Lisbon Airport. We create a food market where the customer chooses from a wide gastronomic offer. Each location is conceived as a “stop” of a typical city market, including a beer garden, a grill, the Portuguese “salgados” made on sight, cod fritters, pizzas and a stall selling typical Lisbon cream cakes. In the center of the space a kiosk for fresh products such as salads, juices or fruits. The palette of materials used, including natural stone for the pavement, marble, oak wood, brick and hydraulic tiles, contributes to the informal feel of the urban markets.
